This permission form must be completed in order for students to participate.  If you already completed it once this year, you do not need to complete it again.

The Spring Season consists of Baseball, Softball, and Boys Volleyball for 5th and 6th graders.  Practices begin on March 2023. Spring athletes can join after they are finished with their season. 

3/20 - 4th Grade Athletes Start Practice 

4/21 - Practice Meet @ Clovis North

4/28 - Area Practice Meet @ Clovis North

5/9 - Area Meet @ Clovis North

5/19 - Districts 

All students must have an athletic permission slip completed and be in good academic standing (at least a 2.0 GPA) to be eligible to participate (available on the CH Website). Sports practices are M, T, Th, and F from 3:00-4:00 PM.
