What time does Copper Hills Elementary start and end the day?
For Grades 1-6:
- Copper Hills Elementary starts the day at 7:55 a.m.
- Copper Hills Elementary ends the day at 2:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays are “early release,” and Copper Hills Elementary ends the day at 1:15 p.m.

For Transitional-Kindergarten and Kindergarten:
- The AM class starts at 7:50 a.m., and ends at 11:20 a.m.
- Wednesdays are “early release,” and class ends at 10:35 a.m.
- The PM class starts at 11:15 a.m., and ends at 2:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays are “early release,” and class starts at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 1:!5 p.m.

Foggy Day Schedule
In the event of severe foggy weather conditions, a Foggy Day Schedule may be called. There are two variants of this:
- Plan A: a two-hour delay in bus transportation. Busses will begin their pick-ups two hours after they are normally scheduled. School will begin at the normal time for students not riding the bus. School will still release at the same time as normal.
- Plan B: a three-hour delay in bus transportation. Busses will begin their pick-ups three hours after they are normally scheduled. School will begin at the normal time for students not riding the bus. School will still release at the same time as normal.
- Plan C: morning transportation cancelled. School will begin at the normal time for students not riding the bus. School will still release at the same time as normal.
